Heartland Marimba Quartet is a dynamic ensemble within the Heartland Marima organization, made up of four marimba specialists of excitingly different backgrounds and styles of performance. Featuring Matthew Coley, Michael J. Jones, Joe Millea, and Abby Fisher, the quartet possesses some of the most creative forces in the percussion world today.
Focusing on high caliber performances of contemporary works and transcriptions by American composers, Heartland Marimba Quartet promises a sensational performance with works from Dorothy Hindman, Kevin Romanski, Matthew Coley, Steven Simpson, Louis Moreau Gottschalk, Scott Blasco, Adam Hopper, and Caleb Pickering.
